Can cause a punch to fall or break. When the mold is used, the position and direction of the parts are not installed correctly or the bolts are not fastened properly. Working height adjustment is too low, and the guide column lubrication is insufficient. Feed equipment failure, abnormal press, etc., will cause damage to the mold. If there is a foreign body into the mold, production parts overlap, waste blockage and other conditions are not handled in time, continue processing and production, it is easy to damage the mold drop board, punch, lower template and guide column.

Causes mold deformation, such as the hardness and thickness of mold base and formwork are too small, which are easy to be deformed by external force; the mold position is not installed, and the positioning error of upper and lower die is super poor. Or the accuracy of the press is too poor, so that the mold interference; the strength of the punch is too close, so that the lateral force of the die is unbalanced. At this time, the punch strength should be improved to enhance the guide and protection of the unloading board.
