Low pressure casting is a manufacturing process where molten metal is poured into a mould cavity under low pressure. This allows for the creation of complex shapes with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Energy saving of die casting machine
Die casting machine is a typical periodic variable load equipment, a complete production cycle includes mold locking, shooting, cooling and open mold jacking stages. Usually the power of the hydraulic equipment is provided by the quantitative oil pump, and the motor driving the oil pump is always running at its rated speed. So die casting machine energy saving is a necessary purpose. Only when the system does not need pressure, the motor is running at light load; the motor still consumes more power.
Compared with the energy saving transformation of injection molding machine, in the production process of die casting machine, only the pressure storage stage is large, while the motor load in other stages is generally small and is in the unloading state, especially in the cooling stage and blowing cleaning, there is a large energy saving space. After adding special power saving control system on the die casting equipment, the original fixed oil supply can be converted into supply on demand with less supply and the motor will stop working; thus, the energy utilization rate can be greatly improved. If the pressure and flow are controlled, the frequency converter automatically adjusts the motor according to the pressure flow of the die casting machine; if it is not controlled in segments, the motor is automatically controlled, so as to achieve energy saving more than 20%, so that the customer can get satisfactory economic return.
After the energy-saving transformation:
- The power saving effect is obvious, improving the power factor of the power grid, reducing the reactive power loss, and playing the role in increasing the capacity of the transformer and alleviating the capacity increase pressure.
- The product is used at the same time as the original system, which does not change the original electrical circuit, and can switch between energy saving and non-energy saving state, which is easy to use.
- Due to the reduction of motor speed, the wear of oil pump, noise, maintenance cost, and longer service life.
- Digital tube display, simple to use, can flexibly modify the control parameters according to the need.
