1、Several types of paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax produced by different branches of Sinopec were selected as the main raw materials. After comprehensively considering the influence of various auxiliary fillers on the raw wax, a large number of parallel experiments were conducted to develop low-temperature, medium and high-temperature precision casting wax molds with high strength, high hardness, high thermal stability, uniform cooling shrinkage, and good surface glossiness. The finished product is determined according to the performance testing method of the national standard GB/T 14235.1-9 "Investment Casting Materials".
2、Accurate measurements were made on the melting point, flexural strength, ash content, linear shrinkage rate, surface hardness, acid value, flowability, viscosity, heat resistance, etc. of the mold material. The data of low-temperature wax meets the performance requirements of the industry, and the performance of medium temperature wax is basically equivalent to or better than similar products on the market.
3、In actual production, the production process is simple and easy to implement, the product quality is good, the reuse performance is excellent, and the production process does not produce harmful substances such as "three wastes", which meets the relevant regulations of environmental protection and can effectively meet the production requirements of relevant domestic factories.
