Due to the floating of the reamer block and the rotation of the workpiece, the cutter block has automatic centering and good guidance.

The guide block is made of laminated laminated wood or birch wood, which has a certain degree of elasticity. It can avoid scratching the processed surface and automatically compensate for the wear of the diameter after multiple rounds, ensuring the necessary guiding accuracy.

The guide block is a dual guide, and during adjustment, the front guide block should have a seamless fit with the hole, while the rear guide block should be slightly larger than the diameter of the reamer block, so that it can be automatically ground off during reaming and maintain more accurate guidance accuracy.
