1. Appearance quality inspection: mainly includes inspection of casting size, geometric shape, casting quality, surface roughness, surface and near surface casting defects, etc. Precision casting factories use advanced testing equipment such as optical measuring instruments, hardness measuring instruments, and surface roughness measuring instruments to inspect products and ensure that they meet the requirements before they can be stored in the warehouse.

2. The internal quality inspection mainly includes the inspection of material chemical composition, mechanical properties, macroscopic defects, microscopic defects, etc. The precision casting factory conducts material testing using a precision spectrometer before production, and can only start pouring after passing the inspection.

3. Other quality inspections mainly include physical and chemical properties and special testing. We will conduct chemical performance inspections such as smoke testing according to product requirements to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

The process inspection of each production process is mainly responsible to the enterprise to reduce its costs. And finished product inspection is mainly responsible to customers to meet their needs and expectations. So, it is absolutely not allowed for unqualified castings to flow into the customer's warehouse.
