1、 How often is it better to clean the pulp barrel and slurry?
This is actually a management issue. In principle, as long as the slurry bucket and slurry are continuously used, there is no need to clean them. But in reality, that's not the case. Because the slurry bucket and slurry, although together, belong to two different individuals with different missions, the content they need to clean is also different. The reason why the pulp barrel usually needs to be cleaned is because there is a lot of slurry on the barrel, which eventually hardens and clumps, especially on the edges of the pulp barrel. It is not aesthetically pleasing and also affects the adhesion work, so it must be cleaned at intervals.
The cleaning of the slurry is mainly necessary due to the deterioration and sticking of the slurry, or if the power outage is too long and the coating clumps are not cleaned, the L-shaped mixer cannot be used and must be cleaned. In fact, this is still a management issue. Why does the coating deteriorate? As for silica sol, the main reason for removing the quality of raw materials is due to inadequate use and maintenance, resulting in paint deterioration. I remember a friend from a book club said, "I only learned from you that silica sol needs to be mixed with water.". In fact, many factories may not pay much attention to this water addition action, which leads to a shorter service life of silica sol coatings, especially surface coatings. In summary, the slurry barrel should be cleaned daily and the slurry should be maintained daily, which is the correct way of slurry management.
2、 What is accumulation of material or slurry.
The reason for the formation of slurry accumulation is simple, which is that employees did not pour out the slurry completely after hanging and sealing the slurry layer, and did not follow the operating instructions of the previous shell making layers, resulting in the slurry falling by gravity and forming slurry accumulation in deep concave areas. There are two drawbacks to this slurry accumulation: poor breathability and poor heat dissipation, which have a significant impact on the quality of the casting. Therefore, even though it is the final process of shell making, it is still necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures and avoid being careless.
