1、 How is this accumulation of material produced?
In some cases, the final sealing layer control material is not poured completely, resulting in the accumulation of slurry. This is the result of uneven material control. I don't know if everyone often pays attention. Some people often see a daze on the surface layer after the sand hanging operation, some on the sprue, and some on the wax mold. This is actually a problem of uneven material control. Sometimes the control material keeps flipping, which means that the coating forms a layer of uniform thickness film on the surface of the wax mold module. If the operation is not appropriate, it will form a bump, which is actually a kind of material accumulation. In fact, what we mean by material accumulation is an incorrect operation method that leads to an endless increase in the thickness of the mold shell under the same production conditions.
