Die casting is a high pressure metal manufacturing process that forces molten materials into a mold or tooling cavity.
The mold cavity consists of two hardened tool steel dies. A hot- or cold-chamber machine is used based on the cast metal.
We offer die casting services in a variety of materials (please reference the charactericstics of aluminum and magnesium alloys that we use for die casting) that produce accurate and complex shapes. Die casting can produce a broad range of parts with perfect finish and astonishing detail.
Our dies produce products with higher tolerance for heat and pressure, that are more durable and last longer than parts made by other methods, and are competitively priced.
Aluminum Die Casting for Small to Unusually Large Parts (2 g to 30 kg [66 lbs.])
We deliver aluminum die castings at significantly decreased lead and cycle times with first-piece success. We have the widest range of aluminum die casting machine sizes in Asia, from 150 ton to 1250 ton, producing aluminum die casting parts as large as 30 kg (66 lbs.)

How we can keep the high quality parts always?
1. All our material will be tested by SGS before production.

2.1 during the part production, our QC worker will inspect the part size every one hour, this will help us to keep the correct tolerance during production.
2.2 when the parts machining finished, they will be arranged to have surface finished(such as anodize or powder coated), then QC worker will inspect the parts again.
2.3 before shipping, our package worker will check the parts surface to confirm if qualified to ship.
