What are the steps of CNC machining?
Control machining combines the characteristics of a universal lathe, a high-precision lathe, and a specialized ordinary lathe with high machining efficiency. It is a widely used and widely covered machine tool. Automatic CNC lathe is a type of machine tool that utilizes CNC technology to perform actions according to pre programmed programs. It consists of a program carrier, input device, CNC unit, servo system, position feedback system, and machine tool mechanical components. CNC machining of parts usually involves the following steps:
1. According to the drawings and process plans of the processed parts, prepare a program table according to the prescribed code and program format, and record it on the carrier;
2. Input the program on the program carrier into the CNC unit through the input device;
3. After processing the input program, the CNC unit sends signals to the coordinate servo systems of the machine tool;
4. The servo system drives the moving parts of the machine tool based on the signals sent by the CNC unit, and controls necessary auxiliary operations;
5. Drive the relative motion between the cutting tool and the workpiece through the mechanical components of the machine tool to process the required workpiece;
6. Check the motion of the CNC lathe and feedback it to the device to reduce machining errors. Of course, open-loop CNC lathes do not have detection and feedback systems.
The maintenance methods for CNC turning machines are as follows:
1. Daily maintenance and upkeep
(1) Before starting the CNC machining machine, check whether the liquid level in the lubricating oil tank is lower than the very low interface; If it is below a very small interface, add lubricating oil to reach the specified interface before starting the CNC lathe.
(2) After powering on the CNC machine tool, check if the control equipment of the machine tool is abnormal; If there are any abnormalities, they must be eliminated before using the CNC lathe.
(3) After starting the CNC lathe, the spindle should be air lifted for at least 15 minutes to achieve thermal balance before cutting.
(4) If there is any abnormal noise during the operation of the CNC lathe, it should be stopped in a timely manner and used only after the fault is eliminated.
(5) Before stopping at noon every day, move the large support plate to the tail seat of the CNC lathe, sweep the chips on the machine guide rail to the machine tool accumulation box, clean the hygiene around the machine tool, count the items in the toolbox according to regulations, check the quantity and performance of measuring tools and other items, and only cut off the power after the plates are neatly arranged.
(6) Before stopping work every afternoon, move the large support plate to the tail frame of the CNC lathe, clean the machine tool and its surrounding area, count the items in the toolbox according to regulations, check the quantity and performance of measuring tools and other items, and arrange the support plate neatly before leaving the machine tool.
2. Weekly maintenance of CNC machining
(1) Check and add the lubricating oil level in the CNC lathe lubricating oil tank to meet the specified requirements, and check the lubrication effect of the lubricating oil.
(2) Check the ventilation efficiency of the cooling fan and clean the ventilation filter.
(3) Check if the machine tool control button is abnormal and replace the damaged button in a timely manner.
(4) Check the performance of the machine tool holder, especially whether the bottom surface of the tool fixing screw is a rounded surface, and correct it in a timely manner.
(5) Check the performance of the machine tool tailstock and make timely corrections.
