The Process Principle of Aluminum Alloy Die Casting

The aluminum alloy die-casting products produced by aluminum alloy die-casting factories are only used in electronics, automobiles, motors, household appliances, and some communication industries. Some high-performance, high-precision, and high toughness high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting products produced by aluminum alloy die-casting factories are also used in industries with high requirements such as large aircraft and ships. The main use is still in some mechanical parts.

The aluminum alloy die-casting parts produced by aluminum alloy die-casting plants have the characteristics of high dimensional accuracy, low surface roughness, high productivity, high metal utilization rate, high casting strength and surface hardness.

The principle of aluminum alloy pressing process is to use high pressure to press the metal liquid into a precision metal mold cavity, and the metal liquid cools and solidifies under pressure to form aluminum alloy die casting. Cold chamber and hot chamber die-casting are two basic methods of die-casting technology. In cold chamber die-casting, the metal liquid is manually or automatically poured into the pressure chamber by an automatic pouring device, and then the injection punch advances to hydraulically insert the metal into the mold cavity. In the hot chamber die casting process, the pressure chamber is perpendicular to the crucible, and then the molten metal automatically flows into the pressure chamber through the feeding port on the pressure chamber. The injection punch moves downwards and then pushes the metal liquid into the mold cavity through the gooseneck tube. After the metal liquid solidifies, the die-casting mold opens and the casting is taken out to complete an aluminum alloy die-casting cycle.
