1. Daily maintenance

2. Weekly maintenance

Check the performance of the machine tool tailstock and make timely corrections. If it does not work for a long time, it should be powered on every 7 days, and the electrical components and CNC system should be powered on for 2-3 hours to drive away the moisture inside the electrical cabinet and charge the battery.
Reasonable selection of cutting tools:
When rough turning, cutting tools with high strength and good durability should be selected to meet the requirements of large feed back and large feed during rough turning.
When precision machining, choose high-precision and durable cutting tools to ensure the required machining accuracy.
3. In order to reduce tool changing time and facilitate tool alignment, machine clamp knives and machine clamp blades should be used as much as possible.
Reasonable selection of fixtures:
1. Try to use universal fixtures to clamp the workpiece and avoid using specialized fixtures;
